Melow（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報の保護を最優先の設計原則としています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報、利用目的、保護の仕組みを定めるものです。
Melow ("the App") treats user privacy as its foremost design principle. This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
設計上の約束
あなたが入力した連絡先情報は、あなたが明示的に許可した相手に、許可した範囲だけ開示されます。許可していない情報は、相手の端末に送信されない設計になっています。広告目的の利用や第三者への販売は一切行いません。
Our Design Promise
Your contact information is shared only with the people you explicitly approve, and only to the extent you allow. Information you have not approved is never transmitted to another device. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

本アプリは、利用者が自ら入力した情報のみを取得します。端末の連絡帳や他のアプリからデータを自動収集することはありません。

The App only collects information you provide yourself. It does not automatically access your device contacts or any other app data.
Data collected: name, email address, postal address, phone number, birthday, and profile image (avatar) -- all entered voluntarily by the user.
利用者のテキストデータは Google LLC が提供する Firebase Cloud Firestore に保存されます。プロフィール画像などのファイルは Firebase Cloud Storage（Google LLC）に保存されます。これらのデータは保存時に Google により暗号化（encryption at rest）されています。通信はすべて TLS により暗号化されます。
User data is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore provided by Google LLC. All data at rest is encrypted by Google, and all communications are encrypted via TLS.
利用者のプロフィール情報は、利用者が許可した友達にのみ、利用者が設定した公開レベルの範囲で共有されます。第三者への販売、広告配信事業者・データブローカーへの提供は一切行いません。法令に基づく開示要請がある場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を外部に提供することはありません。
当社（運営者）によるアクセスについて：本アプリのデータは当社が管理するクラウド（Firebase）に保存されるため、当社はシステム管理者として保存データにアクセスできる立場にあります。当社がこのアクセスを行うのは、次の目的に必要な最小限の範囲に限ります。
① サービスの提供・維持・不具合や障害への対応
② 利用者からのお問い合わせ・サポートへの対応
③ 不正利用・なりすまし・嫌がらせ等の調査と対応
④ 法令または正当な行政・司法手続きへの対応
これらの目的を超えて個人情報を利用したり、第三者に販売・提供することはありません。アクセスは権限を持つ担当者に限定し、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。サービス改善のための分析を行う場合は、原則として個人を特定できない統計的・匿名化された形で行います。
Your profile information is shared only with friends you have connected with, and only at the disclosure level you choose. We never sell data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Personal information is not disclosed externally without user consent, except where required by law.
Access by us (the operator): Because the app's data is stored in cloud infrastructure we administer (Firebase), we are technically able to access stored data as the system administrator. We access it only to the minimum extent necessary for: (1) providing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the service; (2) responding to user inquiries and support; (3) investigating and responding to abuse, impersonation, or harassment; and (4) complying with the law or legitimate legal/administrative processes. We do not use personal information beyond these purposes, nor sell or provide it to third parties. Access is limited to authorized personnel under appropriate safeguards. Any analysis for service improvement is, as a rule, performed on aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify individuals.

利用者のデータは、アカウントが存在する限り保持されます。アカウントを削除すると、当該利用者のすべてのデータ（プロフィール、友達接続、イベント、参加情報）が完全に削除されます。
User data is retained as long as the account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data (profile, friend connections, events, and participation records).
利用者は、アプリ内で以下の操作をいつでも行うことができます。

Users can view, edit, and delete all their personal data at any time within the app. To request full data deletion outside the app, please contact us at the email address listed below.

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。13歳未満の方が本アプリを利用していることが判明した場合は、速やかに当該データを削除いたします。
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will promptly delete that data.
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリのアップデートを通じて利用者に通知します。重要な変更の場合は、アプリ内で再同意を求めることがあります。
Changes to this policy will be communicated to users through app updates. For significant changes, we may request renewed consent within the app.
本アプリは、友達追加時のQRコード読み取りのためにのみカメラを使用します。撮影した映像や画像を端末の外部に送信することはありません。QRコードの生成・解析はすべて端末内で処理されます。
The App uses the camera solely for scanning QR codes when adding friends. No images or video are transmitted outside the device. QR code generation and analysis are processed entirely on-device.
本アプリは、誕生日・季節の行事・イベントへの参加準備（当日の持ち物や差し入れの提案）などの文脈で、関連する商品の外部リンク（アフィリエイトリンク）を「PR」表記つきで表示することがあります。利用者がリンク経由で購入された場合に得られる報酬は、本アプリを無料でご提供し続けるための運営費（サーバー費用・開発費等）にあてられます。
本アプリ（Melow・運営：松本電業株式会社）は、Amazon.co.jpを宣伝しリンクすることによってサイトが紹介料を獲得できる手段を提供することを目的に設定されたアフィリエイトプログラムである、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラムの参加者です。また楽天アフィリエイトを利用しています。
The App may display product links (affiliate links) labeled "PR" in the context of birthdays or seasonal events.
本アプリでは、プロフィールの各項目に対して利用者自身が公開レベル（L1 / L2 / L3 / 非公開）を設定できます。友達との接続レベルに応じて、開示される情報の範囲が変わります。
友達関係は、QRコードまたは招待リンクによる相互の同意によってのみ成立します。ユーザー検索機能は存在せず、一方的に他の利用者を見つけることはできません。これらの制限はサーバー側のアクセス制御ルール（Firestore Security Rules）でも制御されています。
Users can set a disclosure level (L1 / L2 / L3 / Private) for each profile field. The information visible to a friend depends on the connection tier:
Friend connections are established only through mutual consent via QR code or invite link. There is no user search feature -- users cannot be discovered unilaterally. These restrictions are enforced by server-side access control rules (Firestore Security Rules).
利用者は、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、個人情報保護法に基づき、以下の権利を行使できます。
アプリ内での操作（プロフィール編集・アカウント削除）でも大半の権利行使が可能です。アプリ外からの請求は、下記メールアドレスに「件名：個人情報の[開示/訂正/削除]請求」として、氏名・UID（アプリ設定画面に表示）を明記の上ご連絡ください。本人確認後、30日以内に回答いたします。
※ 請求内容によっては手数料をいただく場合があります（実費程度）。
Users may exercise rights under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Articles 33–35): notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of third-party disclosure. In-app controls cover most of these. To make a request outside the app, email support.melow@m-dengyo.com with your name and UID. Responses are provided within 30 days after identity verification.

プッシュ通知（FCM）の受信許可は、OS設定（設定 → 通知 → Melow）からいつでも撤回できます。許可を取り消すと新規のFCMトークンは発行されません。
Pursuant to Article 27-12 of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act, the external services to which user information is transmitted are disclosed in the table above.
EUおよびEEA在住の利用者の方は、GDPRに基づき以下の権利を有します：アクセス権・訂正権・削除権（忘れられる権利）・処理制限権・データポータビリティ権・異議申立権。権利の行使については、下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
本アプリのデータは、Google LLCのサーバー（米国を含む）に保存されます。Google は Standard Contractual Clauses（SCC）に基づき、EUから第三国へのデータ移転に対応しています。
EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. To exercise these rights, contact us at support.melow@m-dengyo.com.
Data is stored on Google LLC servers (including in the United States). Google complies with cross-border data transfers from the EU via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
